What would you like to be their best attributes/values
Be honest, be capable of having a decent discussion and agree to disagree where necessary, likes a laugh, doesn't drink too much, and be friendly
Pastimes, hobbies & interests
Keeping up to date on politics in Ireland and our trading companies. There have been plenty of books written and films made about the last world financial crash and I have read and seen quite a few of them. I like sports of all kinds but particularly Rugby and Soccer. My music taste varies 'quite a bit'... I used regularly go to 'live' concerts but the fun of queuing in the rain for the tickets is all gone now. I still go to the occasional 'gig' at The Point or Bord Gais theatre. Ennio Morricone, Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli being the last three.
How do you like to spend your free time
I like traveling abroad but haven't done as much in the past number of years. I go to Wicklow and Wexford frequently and have also seen quite a bit of Ireland.
Your top personality traits/special talents
I am considerate and I know that a question cannot always just be answered with a 'yes' or 'no'. With three 'kids' I have learned to be patient, in most instances. I like having decent discussions on varying subjects. I'm too old to 'spoof', so if I don't understand the question I will say so.
Your not so top personality traits
Depending on a particular situation I can be a bit impatient. Flight delays at airports is a pet hate of mine / My kids tell me I procrastinate too much.
Your attributes/core values/what are you passionate about?
Honesty is my number one priority. For any two people to get on, they must be honest and up front with each other. I am a positive person but have to admit it is easy to be cynical, especially when the subject is political promises.
Are there any new activities you would like to try?
I have Been promising myself to learn another language but as I cannot decide on which one, I still haven't!
Your goals in life?
For my kids to be happy, which I think they are.
Your pet hates
Dishonesty and Tardiness
People you admire
Nelson Mandela / Eric Cantona
How would you like to spend an evening in company?
A nice place to eat, and a decent discussion with someone who can put across their point of view
Favourite place to go with that someone special
Anywhere as long as we get along
Your bucketlist
Rome, Prague (I was in both places but didn't get a chance to look around properly) Dallas / Calgary / Oregon oh and when I win the lottery I want to go to the Maldives!
How would you like to spend a vacation?
Hopefully I'll win the Lottery when I can still walk.... then it's off to the Maldives, with someone who will enjoy it as much as I will
Your greatest achievement
Bringing up my three children - and for them to respect others and enjoy life
Your biggest disapointment
It happened many years ago and still haunts me!
Dealbreakers
Going out socially with someone who doesn't know when to stop drinking - a definite negative
