Gym, Hill walking, Socialising, Theatre, Cinema, My work is my hobby also so I'm forever learning and doing courses associated with it, Mindfulness.
How do you like to spend your free time
I enjoy catching up with friends and family, being active, I'm starting a volunteer teacher training for adults with disabilities and am also on a computer skills training course....oh, and I've started to hit small round things with sticks..my friends call it golf!!

Warm, friendly, fun, good listener and communicator, grounded, open minded and understanding, calm, very patient, optimistic, emphatic and emotionally mature!

I tend to get emotionally involved in things that don't need emotional involvement.

My family and my friends are my foundation stones and my children are my rocks. I value integrity , honesty, kindness, caring and understanding above all. I'm passionate about my work and love what I do. I tend to live in the moment.
Are there any new activities you would like to try?
Painting is next on my list of things to do..watch this space!

Continue to be a happy and healthy person, to be the best that I can be.

Meal out, drinks, laughter, conversation and the prospect of perhaps doing it all again soon..

How about a stroll down Dun Laoire pier?
A cruise!The Northern lights, Las Vegas, A hot air balloon ride,..the list goes on and on..
How would you like to spend a vacation?
A relaxing, chilled vacation with a bit of sightseeing and lots of "Maybe tomorrow we'll do that"

No, but spirituality is.

Raising my children.
